Payments
Maids of Eden preferred payment method is Zelle. Venmo and CashApp are also accepted. Payments should be made the same day the cleaning is done. There is a $15 charge for every day the payment is late.
100% Guarantee Policy
Maids of Eden is proud to offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want all of our clients to be pleased. So, after your service, we ask that you perform the mandatory inspection with your cleaner or team. Please use the Cleaning Checklist during the walkthrough as a guide. Please inspect carefully. If you are not 100% happy with the work performed, our teams are more than willing to clean any areas missed per your request, FREE OF CHARGE at the TIME OF SERVICE. After the walkthrough, Maids of Eden services are complete. Additional services will be charged accordingly. If client is not home or chooses not to do the final walkthrough, our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE will be considered null and void.
Cancellation Policy
Being there when we say we will is important to Maids of Eden. We reserve a time for each client. Clients have up until 24 hours before their service appointment to make any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made after this time will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 with the exception of emergencies.
Maximum Hours
With our flat-rate pricing model, we have a maximum amount of hours that can be worked for each type of job. Exceeding that time, we will always let the customer know in advance of completion if we think we’ll go over the maximum hours allotted for their job and if there will be an up-charge.
30-45 Mins Arrival Window
We always do our best to show up on time. However, we ask that clients please allow us a 30-45 hour window just in case we our completely another cleaning job prior to your cleaning.
Safety Policies
Reaching High Areas - Due to liability and safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas above 6 ft.
Moving Large Appliances or furniture - Due to liability reasons our cleaners are not able to move large appliances ir furniture. We can however, clean around or underneath them. Clients can choose to move heavy appliances or furniture so that cleaners are able to get to the desired area.
Interior Window Cleaning - Due to liability & safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas. Window(s) should be accessible via 2-3 step ladder.
Screen Cleaning - We request that the customer remove screens for our cleaners. Due to liability reasons our teams are not able to detach and/or install window screens.

Stains, Mildew and Mold Removal
We cannot guarantee removal of all stains and mildew on grout and tile inside the bathroom and kitchen. However, will try our best to have it removed.
In the event of black mold, for safety reasons, we must be notified prior to the cleaning so that cleaners can be sure to wear protective gear and prioritize ventilation. If the black mold exceeds 3 feet by 3 feet, please contact a professional mold removing company as our cleaners will not be able to properly treat the area.
Vomit, Feces or Urine
It is NOT our client’s responsibility to clean up any vomit, feces, urine or anything of that nature. It is a health hazard and unsanitary. In the event of a constructional or non-traditional cleaning, we must be notified prior to cleaning of the condition of the home or space as to ensure cleaners are dressed in proper protective gear and bring special products and supplies separate from any that will be used in other homes and/or facilities. Maids of Eden has the right to turn down a cleaning job due to hazardous and/or any other similar conditions.
